This product is guaranteed to operate for two years from the date of delivery. Any defect in materials and/or arising from the manufacturing process of the device is covered by our warranty, including repair, replacement and/or exchange at no charge to the customer, including labor as well as transportation costs arising from the compliance with this certificate. .
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as surge or voltage drop, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, thunderstorms, accidental drops, or misuse by unauthorized persons or companies. Likewise, the warranty does not cover hourly wear or misuse, or breakdowns caused by improper handling or storage of the product, before or during use.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days. In order to return the product, it must be in its initial condition, without signs of use or physical damage. If the product has obvious signs of use, the return will not be accepted or a DeMerit percentage will be applied to the return. This percentage will depend on the state of the product and will be specified by the technical service. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The product has a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers factory operational failures that are not the result of impact, physical breakage or misuse of the product.
For any claim for breakage during transport, it is essential to keep the shipping packaging as well as the carrier's sticker. Returns will not be accepted without these requirements. Once the order has been received, the customer has the obligation to check the status and content of their package, to inform moonlightlamps within 48 hours of any breakdown or damage during transport.
