This entity, as well as its employees or collaborators, undertake to comply with their obligation of secrecy of personal data and their duty to store them, adopting the necessary measures to avoid their alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into account the every moment of the state of technology. These data will be kept as long as the employment or commercial relationship is maintained and its deletion is not requested by the interested party. Subsequently, once the legally established period in labor, tax and accounting matters has expired, they will be canceled or destroyed, if applicable. In this sense, we inform interested parties that after five years from the end of our relationship, the data is destroyed confidentially. In the case of potential clients who do not accept the quotes, the data is destroyed within one year from their issuance. The user will be responsible, in any case, for the veracity of the data provided, and this entity reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false data.
